Technical Center for food industry

AGRO-HALL is a technical center specialized in technology transfer. It aims at achieving Researsh and development projects, council, formation and also bringing technical support for the food-processing and cosmetic industry. Implanted for 25 years on the High-Norman territory, our technical team lead R&D project, especially for SME (75%).
Those achievements lean on complementary skills (formulation, microbiology, technology, nutrition, quality). Agro-Hall has several technical means such as a technological hall, formulation laboratory and microbiology laboratory. Its activity focuses especially around the various aspects of food preservation: innovative decontamination technologies (pulsed light, cold plasmas…), food formulation (clean labeling). All those skills can be declined in formation on request.

What we offer

R&D project/trials on the following topics:
Food preservation: innovative decontamination technologies (pulsed light, cold plasmas…), Food formulation: Liquid product develomment (beverage, food supplément), clean labeling... Based on Technological Hall, Formulation laboratory and Microbiology laboratory. All those skills can be declined in formation on request.
